Reservations & Payments
All reservations are subject to availability and require a deposit to confirm. Full payment terms are provided at the time of booking through our booking platform.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to partial or no refund depending on the circumstances. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific situation.
House Rules
All guests must comply with the house rules for each property. These are provided in the booking confirmation and welcome guide. Key rules include no smoking, no unauthorized events, and respect for neighbors.
Liability
Travel Dahlonega is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses occurring on the property beyond what is covered by the property's insurance. Guests use outdoor features including waterfalls, swimming holes, and hot tubs at their own risk.
