How do I book directly?

You can book directly through this website by visiting each property page and using the booking widget, or by contacting us at traveldahlonega@gmail.com. Booking direct ensures you get the best rate with no platform fees.

What is the minimum stay?

We require a minimum of 2 nights on weekends and 3 during peak holiday seasons.-Contact us to check availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy allows a full refund if cancelled 30 days or more before your arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days may receive a partial refund. Please contact us for details specific to your reservation.

Do you offer any discounts?

Booking direct is already the best way to save -- you avoid the 10-15% platform fees charged by Airbnb and VRBO. We occasionally offer extended-stay discounts for stays of 7 nights or more. Contact us for current promotions.

The Properties

What is the difference between Reserve at Fireside and Falling Water?

Reserve at Fireside is a new-build luxury rental ideal for wine country getaways, with a private hot tub and walkable access to the Chestatee River, minutes from five wineries. Falling Water is set directly beside a natural waterfall with a swimming hole and creekside hot tub, sleeping up to 10 guests. Both are exceptional -- your choice depends on the experience you're after.

Are the hot tubs available year-round?

Yes -- both properties have private hot tubs available year-round. They are cleaned, maintained, and heated for every stay.

Is WiFi available at both properties?

Both Reserve at Fireside and Falling Water offer high-speed WiFi. Signal strength is good at both properties, though as with many mountain locations, speeds may vary slightly.

Are the properties pet-friendly?

Sorry pets are not allowed at either property with the exception of service dogs.

Check-In & Stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Is there self check-in?

Yes -- both properties offer contactless self check-in. You will receive detailed instructions and door codes prior to your arrival.

What is included in the rental?

Both properties come fully stocked with linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, toiletries starter kit, coffee and tea, and a welcome guide with local recommendations. See each property page for a full amenity list.

Is there parking at both properties?

Yes -- free on-site parking is available at both Reserve at Fireside and Falling Water.

Local Area

How far is Dahlonega from Atlanta?

Dahlonega is approximately 65 miles north of Atlanta -- about a 1.5 to 2-hour drive depending on traffic. It makes for an excellent long weekend destination from the city.

What are the best wineries near the properties?

Both properties are close to North Georgia's top wineries. Reserve at Fireside is particularly convenient for the wine trail, with Wolf Mountain, Three Sisters, Montaluce, Frogtown Cellars, and Kaya Vineyard all within 15 minutes.

What outdoor activities are available near Dahlonega?

The North Georgia mountains offer world-class hiking, waterfall trails, fly fishing, mountain biking, and Appalachian Trail access. Highlights include Amicalola Falls, Dukes Creek Falls, Blood Mountain, and the Chestatee River.
